Lauren is a safety and compliance officer with a degree in Public Health from Rutgers in New Jersey.  She started working in  the sprouts industry in 2022 and has prior experience in fresh produce safety, grocery delivery, agriculture, and consulting. Lauren has a passion for local, sustainable, and organic food, and her primary focus is on the safety and quality of sprouts grown at Jonathan’s. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, cooking, hiking, and spending time by the water.
